Chose from several fish dishes; smoked salmon, cold gravlax, salmon rolls with chopped onions, sour-cream & caviar, roe of rainbow trout, whitefish and herring in various herbal sauces.

Oven baked ham is enjoyed with carrot-, potato and turnip casserole and a “sallatti”, finely chopped boiled carrots, red roots, anchovy and salted pickles.
